- Where do i send my artwork?

All art work should be send to US HERE we prefer PSD/PDF/EPS files. However we can work with most formats. A JPG proof will be sent to you before we go to print.
- How long does it take to process my order?

Generally we aim to have your product ready and delivered within 5 working days. This obviously depends on the availability of print ready artwork. If we are designing your products we still aim to complete the order within this time. The majority of orders are dealt with and delivered within this time. From time to time our printers are really busy and your order can take up to 10 days but never any longer than this. If there are any circumstances that will affect your order we will inform you as soon as we know.
- What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
